Delete Your NudgeFamily Account

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app. This page explains exactly how the process works and what gets removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the NudgeFamily app

Launch the app on your iPhone or Android device and sign in if you haven't already.

Go to Settings

Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen (the gear icon on the far right).

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen. You'll find the Delete Account option below the Sign Out button.

Type DELETE to confirm

A confirmation dialog will appear. Type the word DELETE in capital letters to confirm, then tap "Delete Forever." Your account will be removed immediately.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your profile information (name, email)
Your connected calendar tokens (Google, Outlook, iCloud)
All events you created
Your household, children, and all shared events (if you are the last member)
Any feedback or analytics data linked to your account

Need Help?

If you don't have access to the app or are experiencing issues deleting your account, contact us and we'll process the deletion for you within 30 days.

Email us at contact@e-skillora.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
